Check-in: hand-over of the keys from 5pm.

It is still possible to check-in, if you arrive before 5pm, and use all the facilities: swimming pool, terrace, bar, restaurant, beach, sport courts, miniclub and entertainment service.
During check-in it is necessary to show a valid ID or Passport of all Guests, children of all ages included.

It is possible to book on site a day-use room (more then 6 hours) or ask for a late check-out (within 6 hours). Service subject to availability and at an additional cost.

The club card, mandatory for all Guests from 3 years of age, will be paid during check-in. The card includes: entertainment service, mini-club, sport activities and usage of the courts, swimming pool with equipped terrace and one sun umbrella and 2 loungers per room,regardless of the number of Guests per room.

The Soft Inclusive rate includes still and sparkling water in a bottle, white and red house wine, beer, cola, lemonade and orange soda from a beverage dispenser at the restaurant. At the Central Bar, from 10am to 10pm, and during the opening hours of the Beach Bar the Soft Inclusive includes: still and sparkling water, cola, lemonade, orange soda, peach or lemon iced tea, a selection of juices, mint or lemon granita, espresso, macchiato or decaf coffee, cappuccino, milk, latte macchiato, tea and chamomile tea.
At the Central Bar:
– late light breakfast (9.30am – 11am).
– House Cocktail (7.15pm – 7.45pm).
At an additional cost: national and international alcoholic drinks and spirits, all drinks in a bottle or can, ice cream, snacks, light or zero drinks, all packaged products and everything not listed under the Soft Inclusive section.
PLEASE NOTE: Some soft drinks may not be available due to the lack of CO2 destined to this type of product.

By purchasing the Premium Package you can start your holidays by spoiling yourself and enjoy a lot of services:
The Premium Package costs €30.00 per room per night (€210.00 per week) and includes:
a. First drink supply for minibar: 2 x 0,5 L bottle of still water – 2x 0,5 L bottle of sparkling water – 4x drinks.
b. Every Day: 1 x 0,5 L bottle of still water – 1x 0,5 L bottle of sparkling water.
c. Typical sweets on arrival day.
d. Bathrobe and slippers for adults only.
e. Two beach towels with daily change.
f. Early check in from 11am (based on availability).
g. Late check-out till 1pm.

One sun umbrella and two loungers in the first or second row at the beach can be reserved during the booking process or on site. The service is subject to availability.

– We ask a 30% deposit of the whole amount when confirming your reservation.

The following information is valid only for refundable rates:
– Up to 16 days before your scheduled arrival date: no penalty.
– From 15 to 11 days prior to your scheduled arrival date: 30% fee of your total amount.
– From 10 to 4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date: 50% fee of your total amount.
– From 3 days up to the arrival date: 100% fee of your total amount.
– No show or early check-out: 100% fee of your total amount.
It is not possible to modify or cancel for free a non-refundable rate.

Requests made during the booking phase relating to preferences or particular needs (e.g. ground floor room) are only subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Infant: 0/2 years of age.
– Infant flat rate: €14.00 per day (whether he sleeps in your own cot or in the bed with the parents).
– Cot: €15.00 per night.
– Pushchairs upon request, only a limited number is available and a deposit is requested.

A baby care area, a place for our little Guests, is available during the opening hours of the restaurant and equipped with bottle warmer and a microwave. You can also find a daily menu for our little Guests, with pasta, sauces, vegetable and meat broth, vegetable purée, fresh tomato sauce, boiled meat and fish. Fresh and powdered milk, baby food and other specific products are not available.

If you would like to go on a one-day trip, you have the possibility to take with you a packed lunch, that will replace the meal at the restaurant. The take-away lunch needs to be reserved at the reception the day before within 7pm.
The packed lunch is also available as extra meal at the price of €15.00 per person.

At the reception you can rent beach towels at an additional cost.
The service is upon request. A deposit is needed and will be refunded when returning the towels.
Deposit: €20.00 (per item).
Rent: €2.50 (per day and per towel with change included).

At our bazaar you can find basic items for the beach and for the kids, as well as newspapers, cigarettes, souvenirs and much more.
It is also possibile to ask the purchase of specific products for children or pharmaceutical at the reception.

Get rid of all your tensions and free your mind and body at our massage centre thanks to the help of professional massage therapists whose offer is intended to women and men of all ages.

Wi-Fi is for free and available at the Reception only.

You will find in your room info and prices for the laundry and ironing service (external providers for dry cleaning service).

You can park your car or motorbike outside and all around the Club Hotel in an unattended car park.

Some services are offered at an extra charge and are available only upon request or reservation. (e.g. doctor, baby-sitting, hairdresser).

Only a limited number of pets is allowed in our Club Hotel and a request is needed when making the reservation.
Allowed pets: dogs, cats, rabbits, and small birds. They must weigh max. 10kg. The price is €20.00 per day per animal.
Transport box or a leash are mandatory. Animals cannot access the beach, sport courts, playground, bar, restaurant, and private beach property.
According to our regional law, all animals do not have access to the beach, except for dedicated dog beaches, from 8am to 8pm.

Extra dinner or lunch can be booked on site and include still, or sparkling water served in bottles, white and red wine of the house, beer, coca-cola, orange soda e lemonade from a beverage dispenser.
Extra meals are mandatory for all the guests of the room. An exception is possible only when authorized by the Hotel Manager.

The restaurant doesn’t offer a vegetarian and/or vegan menu. The Chef can cook a dish that satisfies our Guests’ needs, if the buffet doesn’t already offer something in line with these dietary preferences (e.g. pasta with zucchini).

It is necessary, when booking, to report food allergies or intolerances of any kind.
The Hotel does not have a separate area for gluten-free cooking, therefore we cannot guarantee the absence of contamination for unpackaged products.

During the check-in and only by cash, the municipality of Orosei requires the payment of a tourist tax which amounts to €1.20 per person per night. Exemptions are available according to municipal laws. The price and the periods of application of the tax can vary depending on new regulations issued by the town of Orosei.

Payments at the bar and restaurant are made using a pre-paid money chip, that you will receive together with an identification bracelet, which can be activated at the reception and allows you to enjoy your stay without carrying cash.
The money chip can be recharged with any amount using cash, credit card or debit card. Any left-over amount, including the deposit will be refunded once the card is returned.

Cards: Debit card, American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, CartaSi.
Cash: maximum €4,999.00 for italians, €15,000.00 for foreign citizens.

A public urban service bus ARST, whose stop is 3km from the Club Hotel, is a convenient way to reach the centre of Orosei, Galtellì, La Caletta, Budoni, San Teodoro and Olbia.
